- Sourcing - this is the heart of the role. Generating leads that are relevant is necessary. The candidate should be able to bring in / grow their understanding of the market and drive towards reaching out to the relevant talent pool.
- Pipelining - quality over quantity - should be able to full-fill the pipeline requirements by focusing on quality. The candidate should focus on understanding the hiring problem end to end and work on feedback to keep the process streamlined.
- The candidate should have experience in managing internal and external stakeholders using a data-driven approach.
- Should be able to gather requirements and provide a relevant lens to the business on the availability of candidates in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ yrs experience in technical recruiting for product development companies.
- Extensive experience in market mapping
